Department of Construction and Technical Affairs – Mission and Quality Policy
Our Department of Construction and Technical Affairs is responsible for delivering the highest quality of technical services in line with the objectives and principles of our University. These responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing project and cost estimates for physical spaces that support continuous improvement and development in education, research, and practice; initiating procurement processes; providing construction supervision services; maintaining and repairing existing facilities; and ensuring the provision of technology, infrastructure, and organizational structures that enhance the productivity of our institution.
In delivering these services, our fundamental policy is to ensure the most efficient and effective use of available resources in a cost-effective manner.
The service standards established in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in our strategic plan serve as a key benchmark in achieving our University's vision. Providing all necessary technical services—ensuring comfort, aesthetics, and functionality through modern, technology-driven construction—forms the basis of our quality policy and contributes significantly to enhancing the quality of education at our University.
